TSASK says its sample “is for contractor’s/insurer’s communication only and will not be accepted in lieu of a bond.” It is still the regulator’s own posted wording: the surety issues the real bond, signed and sealed, on these terms. Global Guarantors summarizes the fields and links the PDF rather than hosting the bond body.
TSASK accepts electronic gas contractor bonds when all of these are met:
Gas and electrical contractors file separate TSASK bonds with the same $10,000 / $30,000 structure — see the TSASK electrical contractor’s bond. In British Columbia the equivalent is a flat $10,000 bond with no posted wording: the Technical Safety BC gas contractor licence bond. Background on claims against licence bonds is in surety claims basics.
