ConsensusDocs 263 Warranty Bond

ConsensusDocs 263 is a one-page standard warranty bond that backs the Constructor’s promise to fix construction defects found during the one-year correction-of-work period after completion. If the Constructor does not, the surety corrects the defects or pays for the correction, up to the bond amount. It is a paid industry form, not a government form.
